“Dear Ann, Just wanted to thank you for spending so much time with our grandsons. They had a wonderful time at the pool and you made their visit special! We have been so impressed with the way you interact with us all at the pool but especially folks with special needs. You have a special way with them; getting right in and motivating them to do more. Thanks again for all you do. We are glad you came to “our pool”! Sincerely, Dena and Dick”
